My first Vietnamese hair wash experience was amazing! The technician was incredibly professional and wonderful. (The owner even brought out toys for the kids to play with.) Next time, I'll try the hair wash and massage combination.

I was disappointed since it was closed the day I had my reservation. And the apps completed my voucher even though I informed them that I can't use my voucher because the spa was closed. They still accept my request for reservation and didn't inform me that it was close. There's no proper communication between the spa and the klook. I'm still waiting for my refund.
