The massage was definitely strong and focused - there were moments where it honestly hurt, especially on my shoulders and lower back where I carry a lot of tension. But I could tell that Ziyi really knew what she was doing and was targeting the tight muscles properly. She kept checking if the pressure was okay and made sure I was still comfortable throughout the session.
