Total confusion over meet up time, Klook tried to help but provider never replied to anyone. In the end I didn’t go, they tried to claim I wasn’t there on time, but Klook was able to advocate for me. I was able to get my money back in Klook Cash, which I’ll use for another adventure. Check the meet up time, different conflicting times listed and no clarification. Super frustrating since we were all looking forward to this activity.
We received an email requesting a change to our reservation date from the 11th to the 12th for four people. We agreed to the change. Unfortunately, the tour operator failed to honor the arrangement, and we were unable to see the show on the 12th. This demonstrates the operator's lack of professionalism and has caused us significant inconvenience. It's outrageous.
