We had a wonderful day with coaches Chen and Meggie. They were incredibly kind, patient, and detail-oriented, and took great care of us. We also had a cameraman who captured some beautiful photos for us. To top it all off, we ended the day with a lovely Instax photo as a souvenir — everything was just perfect! 💛

The staff, including Ted, were equally helpful and friendly, even helping us take photos and videos. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making the experience truly memorable. We arrived in the morning at 8 am and were greeted by Maggy after choosing the appropriate sizes for ski clothing. The equipment is complete, but the helmet, ski goggles, and gloves are not included (you can bring your own if you have them, otherwise each item is rentable for 1000 yen). The car was comfortable and the instructor was very kind. She gave a lesson adapted to each of our levels, which allowed us all to progress and have a good day. It was a very beautiful day and we all enjoyed it immensely! The team also has a photo and video service in place, which allowed us to leave with great memories!!! Great experience, wonderful teacher. What I really appreciated was how the instructor noticed individual progress within a beginner group. She gave more advanced guidance when appropriate, which allowed me to keep improving instead of repeating the same basic exercises. I ended up being able to go on the slope, which was absolutely exhilarating. It was a dream come true, I can’t stress enough how much I loved it. I have only 1 small piece of feedback for the team which is more of an organizational thing. I wish there was advice on what to bring as a first timer. As a complete beginner, I was renting the clothes. I wrongly assumed a ski suit would be lined with fleece or something and I thought it was a complete outfit. I expected to wear the suit as my clothes, but it turned out to be unlined and basically just a thin plastic shell. I had to wear it over my regular clothes, which are not suitable for skiing and I got too sweaty and cold because of it. Bring heat tech or smth similar!

This was my second time participating. We had Coach Xie who spoke Chinese. He grouped us according to our skill levels and was very patient with the children. In the afternoon, we rode the cable car twice, and he guided the children down slowly, which made them very interested in and confident about skiing. Thank you, Coach! Very suitable for ski beginners and families.

The service was excellent. Everything was included except for the helmet and glove rental fees. The instructor also taught at each person's pace. Since fewer people learn snowboarding, I was happy to receive one-on-one instruction.

The Chinese coach, Sun Nan, carefully taught the children basic movements step by step. By the afternoon, the children could all do basic simple gliding, making the children fall in love with skiing on their first time. We immediately signed up for the same trip again the following week.
