The bus was clean and comfortable. However, the outlet mall wasn't very large, so I was able to look around quickly. After I bought what I wanted from my target brand, I was satisfied, but then I had too much time before the return bus. I wish there were options to choose different return bus times, perhaps for those who want to stay longer or those who only need a short visit.
I was told to be ready for pickup at 10:00 AM and waited from 9:40 AM, but the ride didn't arrive until 10:40 AM. This is unthinkable in Japan!
