• Please come to the very end of the pier, where check-in will be by the red umbrella next to the deli store
• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult in order to book the basic Kaneohe sandbar catamaran tour
• Infant to 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the Kaneohe Bay sandbar tour
• All guests are required to wear life vests while participating in water activities
• Beach chairs, oversized floating toys, and personal paddleboards/kayaks are not allowed on the tour
• Guests are not allowed to wander off on their own as they must stay within the designated area
• Please follow all rules and safety guidelines from the operator
• If guests have any preexisting health issues or taking any medications, they may not be able to participate in some activities

• Please note that for Japan tour, Japanese-speaking support staff are typically available to assist guests, however availability is not guaranteed
• Participants are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, but glass containers are not permitted for safety reasons
• The boat is non-smoking. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages, subject to a USD20 per person corkage fee payable at the harbor. Glass containers and hard liquor are not permitted for safety reasons. Beer and hard seltzers are available for purchase from the onboard bar, and a valid photo ID is required (a screenshot is acceptable)
• Please note that guest will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate on this tour. Guest will receive a link to the waiver in an email confirmation from merchant. It's advised that guest fill it out in advance to save time the day of the tour
