Genso - Shatin Racecourse's pioneering Four-Storey Food · Fun · Digital Racing Experience

This was my first time at Sha Tin Racecourse, and it was a fantastic experience. I was able to enter with just a QR code, and after walking around, it felt less like a racecourse and more like a tourist attraction. We arrived at the Tourist Zone, where the staff kindly explained everything, put wristbands on us, and said we could enter and exit freely. We were then escorted to our seats, where we could watch the horse races, which was very exciting. The meal package was better than I expected, truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely book through Klook again next time to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the racecourse.

The food is fresh and delicious, the service is of a high standard, the 3-for-1 deal is great value for money, we had a full day of fun, and even won the Quartet. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival, a staff member provided a detailed introduction to the facilities and activities. We had already booked a time slot for the 'Game Inheritance Decryption' through Klook, which was a lot of fun. The other games were also enjoyable, and they even printed photos for us and allowed us to download videos to commemorate the experience. For dining, we chose the beef burger set, which came with fries and a salad. The portion was generous, and the taste was excellent. Booking through Klook also included a complimentary drink (a bottle/glass), and we chose sake, which was delicious and aromatic.

A great value experience! The restaurant's ambiance is upscale and comfortable, with live music performances. There are workshops offering extensive horse racing knowledge, as well as escape room games, jockey simulations, and claw machine sections – all with no additional fees. The staff is also very polite and enthusiastic. I spent a fulfilling afternoon without realizing it, and I highly recommend it!

It's wonderful to enjoy lunch in air-conditioned comfort while watching the races. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the food quality is quite good.

It was a great experience. Overall, the food tasted good, and the waitstaff provided excellent service. There were also many games and activities, plus we got to participate in a full day of horse racing. We were busy and enjoyed ourselves all day. Highly recommended.

The food selection is abundant, including sugar-free cheesecake, which is great for those reducing their sugar intake. The environment is comfortable, clean, and newly opened. You can enjoy both activities and dining. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

After purchasing this activity on Klook, the Hong Kong Jockey Club sent a message containing a QR code for entry to the racecourse and GENSO, which was very convenient. Although you cannot choose your seats when buying tickets on Klook, the restaurant environment is spacious, allowing you to move around freely and go to the balcony to watch the horse races. You also receive a free drink voucher. The food portions are sufficient, there's no time limit for seating, and there are multiple photo opportunities on the third and fourth floors.
