Since I had already checked out of my hotel in Hoi An, I was looking for a place to store my luggage. I was a little worried, but the check-in process was smooth, and the handover when I returned was also done with a smile!
I left my luggage on the last day of my trip to Da Nang. I just went to the Honey Hotel with GRAB to drop off my luggage. After that, I was able to enjoy the last day without being weighed down. The location is only 15 minutes from the airport, so I was able to use my time effectively.
On the last day, because the flight was early in the morning, I chose to store my luggage here. It's very convenient, Honey Hotel is near the Dragon Bridge, and it's also a 15-minute drive from the airport. After dropping off my luggage, I continued to explore Da Nang.
On the last day, after checking out of the Ba Na Hills hotel, we couldn't store our luggage there. That's when WhaeL O solved our luggage problem.

When I arrived at the front desk, they couldn't find my reservation. I waited 20 minutes for customer service to help, but there was no response. Since I was in a hurry, I paid again on the spot to store my luggage. When I asked customer service to refund the money I had already paid, they refused. Five hours later, they finally sent an email saying it was resolved and that I could now go back to drop off my luggage. By then, I had already picked up my luggage and was on my way to the airport.
