Reviews summaryVery clean and good amenities. Staff are friendly and warm. This hot spring offers authentic hot spring and gives a very zen vibe. Price abit on the high side but I think it is quite worth it, especially if you book a meal to go with the hot spring experience. very instagrammable property 👍
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our hot spring experience at the Gaia Hotel. The amenities provided were excellent- snacks were provided, there was a common rest area, the private room was clean and comfortable, and the sulfur hot spring helped us feel very relaxed. The hotel was very beautiful and the afternoon tea was also so delicious it surpassed our expectations. We also appreciated the shuttle service back to the train station, which brought great convenience for us as it was raining after out hot spring experience. Highly recommended!
Very good deal, satisfied with the service, additional 500 for my son and we happy with the sulphur bath, feels smoother and clean after soaked, good fine dining and nice environment. Good deal to buy from Klook and recommended.
small private room at first level with a mini hot spring bath pool. toilet amenities provided with mini snacks. lunch was very worth it. about 1000NT per pax on menu, buying on klook with the 1.5hrs room makes it more worth it. meals were alot and very filling, suggest to not eat anything before. :)
Pleasant experience with The Gaia Hotel Beitou in February 2023. Very Instagrammable library in a beautiful courtyard. Restaurant could cater afternoon tea set for guests with special dietary needs, mention your dietary needs at the registration counter. Towels, sandals, basic toiletries, light snacks provided in the private hot spring room, free flow coffee n tea at the waiting area outside the room. Friendly, helpful and professional staff from reception, registration to restaurant. The Gaia Hotel Beitou is easily located with google maps, about 15m walk from Beitou Station, passing local shops, residential area and a school. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and private hot spring experience.
This experience at the five-star Gaia Hotel was excellent. The staff was very attentive, and they provided bread, croissant snacks, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, tea bags, and an apple 🍎. Each room has a different name, allowing us to enjoy afternoon tea after soaking in the hot spring. The bath amenities provided were Bulgari shampoo/body wash combo and conditioner lotion, along with bottled water and some simple combs and hair ties. The hot spring bath space was just enough for two adults, and the drain was very clean and tidy. A hairdryer, towels, and bath towels were provided, but no bathrobes. I would like to visit Gaia Hotel again in the future if I have the time ♨️. Thank you 😊.
Highly recommend booking this in Taipei! The hot spring was nice and hot. It was also nice to have your own personal space to enjoy the experience. The lunch was very delicious!
Nice private hotspring room, which was spacious enough for 2 people - 3 adults would have been difficult. Lunch was fantastic & felt like great value for money given the excellent service and food.
Very accessible as there is free shuttle from Beitou Station. The private room is a bit aged but still in working condition. Would be good if they offer skincare products. I opted to add lunch and it was very delicious.
went for one of the earliest times and it was nice to have the place to myself in the beginning. didn’t do the food option. place was very clean and the outdoor hot springs were 41 degrees and 44 degrees. great to have the indoor hot springs 25 and 29 degrees, plus a steam room 45 degrees and dry sauna over 70. the rest area offers free tea, coffee, water, Pocari and some packaged biscuits and cakes. 4 hrs more than enough to get the full experience without feeling rushed. cotton pads to remove make up, face wash, hair ties, comb, lotion and shower cap all supplied. good overall experience and helpful staff spoke English. everyone was very friendly and kind but was a bit pricey for Taiwan
