• This tour is an international group tour, with passengers from diverse backgrounds on the vehicle. The guide will provide services and communication in Mandarin/English bilingual or simple multilingual formats. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, weather changes, or other force majeure factors. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or partial changes. If you need to catch a flight or have other arrangements on the same day, please be sure to allow ample time.
• Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage free of charge. For any excess luggage, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece must be paid to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to note the number of luggage pieces when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the guide reserves the right to refuse boarding based on vehicle space availability, and related fees will not be refunded.
• Seniors over 70 or pregnant women who register for a trip must contact staff no later than one day before departure to request and sign a waiver, and return it to us, to ensure travel safety.
• Cherry blossoms are a natural landscape, greatly affected by climate, so the actual blooming time may be earlier or later. Once the tour group is formed, refunds or complaints cannot be made on the grounds that the blooming conditions did not meet expectations. Your understanding is appreciated.
• The duration of stay at each attraction has been planned according to the overall itinerary. Please adhere to the meeting times to avoid affecting the overall schedule.
• Itinerary times may be adjusted due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic, weather, or crowd flow. In the event of delays or partial changes, refunds or compensation cannot be claimed on this basis. We appreciate your understanding.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays or peak tourist seasons, and the tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence according to the actual situation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the carriage, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any damage or soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group or depart midway after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of subsequent services, and related fees will not be refunded. During this period, the traveler must bear full responsibility for their personal and property safety.

Attraction information

• It is recommended to take the Hakone Pirate Ship (Motohakone Port to Togendai Port) to cruise Lake Ashi, where you can simultaneously enjoy the torii gate on the lake, Lake Ashi, and Mount Fuji (expenses are at your own discretion).
• The Hakone Pirate Ship is an optional experience. Please plan your itinerary reasonably based on the time spent at the attractions, and be sure to return to the meeting point at the time designated by the guide. No waiting will be provided for latecomers.
• Owakudani is a volcanic activity area. If the scenic area is closed, access is restricted, or facilities are shut down due to force majeure such as volcanic activity, weather, strong winds, or equipment maintenance, the itinerary will be adjusted according to the on-site situation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Mount Fuji is a natural landscape. Due to the influence of weather, season, and visibility, there is no guarantee that Mount Fuji can be viewed on the day. We appreciate your understanding.
• Some areas of Enoshima require walking and going up and down slopes, so comfortable, non-slip footwear is recommended.
• Attractions such as Enoshima Shopping Street, Enoshima Shrine, and Enoshima Sea Candle are open for free visits. Please note that relevant tickets and personal expenses are at your own discretion.
