Eligibility
- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- For Departure Meet & Greet Service, the service will begin three (3) hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. For example, if your flight departs at 3:00 PM, the service will commence at 12:00 PM, and guests are required to arrive at the airport at that time.
- If you opt to start the service earlier, the duration will remain fixed at three (3) hours. Some service components may not be fully utilised, and no partial refunds will be granted for any unused portion.
- Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- ALLWAYS reserves the right to impose Additional charges if the number of guests exceeds the original booking.
- A no-show will be recorded if guests fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed service time, and full charges will apply.
- In the event of flight delays exceeding two (2) hours from the scheduled arrival or departure time (STA/STD), ALLWAYS reserves the right to impose an additional charge of 50% of the service fee. Further charges may apply for every subsequent two (2) hours.
