• Regarding license plate and tour guide information: The supplier will inform you of the meeting time, tour guide, and license plate information for the tour by email before 9:00 PM Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it, please contact the merchant in a timely manner! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one received.
• Regarding baggage privileges: Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra pieces, you can pay the driver/guide 2,000 Japanese Yen/piece on the spot. Please be sure to make a note of this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you entry to the vehicle and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• [About Driver-Guide Service] Driver-guide service: Exquisite small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: Bus tours of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day. The driver-guide mainly focuses on driving, with explanation as a secondary task.
• [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd influence of the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site, please forgive me, and you cannot request a refund for this reason.
• [Regarding late refunds] Because day trips are carpool services, if you are late at the meeting place or scenic spot, you will not be waited for after the time has passed, and no refunds will be given.
• [About the vehicle] Reference vehicle: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE of the same level; 18-22 seater: minibus; 22 seater and above: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day.
• [About End Time] Due to the long journey, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. We recommend that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. The supplier will not be liable for compensation for losses caused by delays.
• Regarding the meeting point, please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the bus due to a change of meeting point for personal reasons, a refund will not be possible.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
