This Hakone and Kamakura day trip was amazing, and Wanting made it even better. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, smart, and impressively fluent in five languages, which made everything clear and enjoyable for everyone. The water torii at Lake Ashinoko, the Shrines, the Hakone Pirate Ship, and the Ropeway were all unforgettable highlights, mostly beacuse of the stuning views of Mt. Fuji. The pace was smooth, and Wanting shared great insights at every stop while keeping the group organized. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommend this tour, especially with Wanting as your guide!

Guide could have been more informative and thoughtful during the itinerary. Honestly, I was observant of the other guides during the trip. our Guide Stark (super hero code name) was bare minimum but Guides Parker (code) and Sparrow (code) along with the young guide who is called Eric were over the top guides. I'll say the experience was deeply affected by the guide's quality. I felt a bit disappointed with our guide 😂 he didn't try to be sociable and felt like he was just doing it for the job. I get it but Parker was so welcoming, Sparrow was early. while that kid Eric guide had 19 groups under his watch. that kid was bilingual in eng-jpn, had a confident leader's voice and knew how to pick a spot plus socialize. klook is a great booking site. the travel provider they partnered with has quality guides. I wish we had that kid Eric guide. we got this photo at the rope way of my Fuji. got souvenirs too at the rope way at the other end. thank you klook for smooth booking. hoping for more.

Our guide, Wan Ting, was very responsible, providing detailed introductions. She highlighted the features of each location and also introduced Japanese culture and history on the bus. She was also very helpful in taking photos for us.

The overall itinerary was quite good. It's a shame the cable car was canceled due to strong winds that day. Our tour guide, Evon, was very kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely consider booking another tour with them in the future.

Overall tour is good which includes all the places we wanted to visit, but the time for each destination is a bit too short, so we have to speed run. Guide, Wanting, is very friendly & helpful in answering my queries.
