**Punctuality Required Shuttle buses depart strictly on time. No refunds if you cannot board due to tardiness.
**No Schedule Changes Changes are not allowed on the day prior to departure or on the day of the tour.
Additional Fee Info: Helmets are mandatory at Alpensia Resort. While they can be borrowed for free on-site, it is not recommended... (The rental shop visited below offers top-quality 2026 gear for use and rental).
Depending on the group size, lessons may be conducted by tour guides instead of professional instructors. However, these guides have years of experience running ski tours, so you don't need to worry.

We had a great time in Alpensia Ski Resort. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, you are encouraged to take the hotel package as you can take discounted price for the entertainment tickets. The rooms are so spacious and very clean, we really enjoyed it.
