Alpensia Ski Resort All Inclusive 3D2N Tour from Seoul

The experience was awesome. 3 of us went, 2 were complete beginners. The bus journey, the hotel (great breakfast buffet btw), the ski packages (equipment rental&ski pass) and location was pretty amazing. One negative thing was our ski instructor was a bit impatient with beginners. Maybe it was a language barrier (He's from Chile) but it felt like he was not patient with teaching especially the slower students. But overall I think the experience was definitely worth it and would highly recommend!

I enjoyed the trip. a little hiccup at the start pre trip for the communication over telegram with the local operator but Klook was assist with this. Rental of ski clothes, gloves, helmet are all provided. Full three day of access to ski equipment and ski lift was a huge plus (you can ski to your heart content during the morning, afternoon and night). Went in Jan 2026 and the slopes was not crowded with minimal queue time at the ski lift. Stay was at IC with a good breakfast. Highly recommended

it’s rare to find such All-in one inclusive package at this affordable price! It wasn’t really a “tour with guide” which we appreciated as it gave us the freedom to do whatever we want in the 3D2N. Staff will not contact you prior to the tour, so show up at the location you selected for pick up and there will be staff to verify your details. Upon reaching the hotel, staff will issue a voucher book, which includes ski equipment and clothing rental (KEEP the exchanged card for 3Days and only return everything on last day to avoid hassles). Lastly, all the service staffs are EXTREMELY friendly, you’ll feel very safe and had lots of fun. The hotel breakfast has lots of variety to choose from! can’t wait for my next trip already :)

I had an amazing time at the InterContinental Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the ski slopes. I loved the ski facilities, and the resort was perfectly located for all the winter sports activities, including the water park. The food at the resort’s restaurant was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the warm, cozy ambiance after a long day on the slopes. The only downside was the slightly higher price for food and drinks, but overall, the experience was well worth it. Our guide, Jhisma was awesome too! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience a luxurious winter getaway!

The package is very helpful for first timer. my daughter and I had a great time. The Tour guide Rin was very kind and assist us with photos and ski gear.

Very worth package. all inclusive and fuss free. Breakfast and rooms were great as well. Had loads of fun and I love how everything was so convenient. Highly reco!

Everything went perfectly from A to Z. Recommended if you are looking and need an all inclusive package. kudos to the guides and all people who got in touch with us on the bus and once we reached the resort.

The whole package is really good value- with even seasonal free gifts. However perhaps because they run so many of these tours, the agency fails to understand the consumer. I received no instructions until later the evening prior. That’s fine for a day trip but for a 3-day trip, I was afraid I wld end up on the streets. Luckily I got my hotel to ring the agency. When we got there, there was a lot of scattered info thrown at us, we pretty much had to piece together it together ourselves. The intro lesson was more a ski ‘experience’ than teaching how to ski, because the class was too big. We weren’t even taught basic safety instruction like how to stop and fall/recover safely from a fall. Overall if it isn’t your 1st time skiing, the package is worthwhile because you get everything you need to just start skiing, and you can do more than just sk afterwards. But if not, be prepared for frustration. I am still waiting for the photos the guide took and promised to give us…

This stay at the Alpensia Resort - Intercontinental Hotel was great in all aspects. In particular, when the four of us wanted to leave the hotel early to go to Myeongdong, the front desk staff Kevin Go provided excellent service. He thoughtfully helped us call the bus company to confirm seats (because we had already missed the online booking time), allowing us to board the bus smoothly. I would like to thank him for his service here.
