- This event will be held at Japan Premium Lounge, a hidden café in Ginza. This sophisticated space exudes a modern Japanese atmosphere, with walls made of Aji stone, a counter crafted from a single 7-meter-tall Zelkova tree, and seasonal bonsai and unique kimonos on display.
- The tea ceremony experience is available for groups of 1 to 4 people. After a brief explanation, you can easily enjoy the art of tea by preparing matcha powder yourself.
- As a souvenir, each person will receive a sushi-shaped toy.
What to expect
- Please arrive 15 minutes early; the experience lasts 30 minutes.

The 4* Matcha Experience Center is located on the 1st floor of the Wako Building, 8-3-11 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. It is approximately an 8-minute walk from the C3 exit of Ginza Station and approximately a 3-minute walk from Shinbashi Station.
- This matcha experience is a basic and simple experience (and not a complete matcha experience).
- Children are welcome to participate (free for children aged 0-5; same price as adults for children aged 6 and above).
- Please arrive at the store 15 minutes in advance. We regret that no refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.

The matcha-making class was definitely a cool experience! The class itself was just not about how to make matcha, but the host also gave a short lesson about the traditions they do in Japan whether you are the one serving the matcha or the drinking the matcha. You get to make your own matcha and adjust it to however sweetness you would like it to be. I would totally recommend doing a matcha-making class to anyone that is visiting Japan.
