- We will send an email to guests between 18:00 and 21:00 the day before the trip to inform them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your email in time. Emails may be mistakenly placed in the spam folder. During peak seasons, the email sending time may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.
- This trip does not include any tickets; participation requires self-funded expenses.
- Please be aware that, as this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you. We appreciate your understanding.
- Our company is not responsible for failure to participate in the tour or poor quality of photographed scenery due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, and no refunds or rescheduling will be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that the itinerary or duration of visits to various attractions may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors. Kindly inform anyone who needs to know.
- As the day trip is a shared ride, we kindly request that you arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected costs and liabilities incurred due to tardiness. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the applicant is an elderly person over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, a disclaimer must be signed to ensure safety and complete the relevant guarantee process. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" column when booking, and we will send the disclaimer agreement via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return it by photo in advance to complete the registration process.

- You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
