I'm sure you were surprised that the hotel was mentioned incorrectly and there were four pieces of luggage, and that the information wasn't properly communicated, but thank you for explaining it kindly and taking great pictures. I was truly touched that you helped me every time I ordered and waited for me to come out so I wouldn't get lost. I'm so sorry that our hotel was in Hakone, so your commute was delayed. It was the perfect course to properly enjoy Mount Fuji, and the weather was fantastic, so I was able to enjoy the cable car. I was worried because it was a trip with children, but it was a fulfilling and enjoyable day, and I would definitely recommend it.

This tour is convenient, well-organized, and smooth. Especially if you don’t want to hassle with trains/buses — hotel pick-up / meeting-point + bus/van transport + a set itinerary makes the trip easy. All the best to Cheema 👍🏻

Our driver Mr Amir was on time for hotel pickup and he suggest that we leave early at 6am. Nice decision btw we arrive before crowded. Mr Amir bring us to great locations and he very nice to wait for us when we need more time taking pictures 😁 We will surely to book again and request for Mr Amir again 😄

Perfect day with Cheema, who was very punctual and provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the day. He helped us with photos and allowed us to explore the region peacefully. The sites we visited were perfect, and Cheema guided us wonderfully. We followed his recommendation to start earlier in the morning to make the most of the day.

we had a great time visiting mt fuji and stayed in lake kawaguchi area. unfortunately, we didnt get to visit hakone though because our tour guide said the road was being fixed going there so we were a bit diappointed. however, we were thankful that the skies were clear and we were able to get a really nice view of mt fuji. our tour guide was also very patient with us.
