• During peak travel seasons in Japan, such as weekends and holidays (especially around Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), traffic jams are common, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened based on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen, and to bring light meals and power banks. We will do our best to arrange seating requests, but as this is a shared-ride tour, seat allocation primarily follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the on-site guide's coordination. We hope for your understanding and tolerance, thank you for your consideration.
• Please be aware: As this is a group tour, there may be guests speaking other languages sharing the vehicle with you. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required for a tour, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In case of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes, and bring warm clothing if necessary.
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• The company is not responsible for inability to participate in the tour or poor quality of scenic photos due to irresistible factors such as traffic or weather, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or停留时间 (stay time) at each attraction may be adjusted. Please inform those concerned.
• If it is not possible to reach Fuji Five Lakes due to bad weather or traffic, the itinerary will be changed to Asama Park. We appreciate your understanding.
• The company will not issue refunds if a traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other shifts or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. We appreciate your understanding.
• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and need to be noted in the remarks.
• Children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free but need to be noted in the remarks. If not noted, arrangements cannot be made.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an accompanying staff member will provide full tour services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please be aware.
• Weather conditions may affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves, but the tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Please be aware.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there will be large crowds and a high possibility of severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring light meals.
• The flower viewing period or autumn foliage viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the tour is formed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage situation. Please be aware.
• After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to irresistible factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be processed for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual costs incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or accommodation costs incurred locally must be borne by the traveler.
