An excellent experience! They provide all the materials and tools, are attentive to your needs, and guide you kindly. If you want to make the Kunai instead of the Shuriken, there is an extra cost.
Team are attentive and lovely, it is a fun experience making the masks, although i will say i thought the price of the mask was 8000 and when i got there it was 10000 unless i misread on klook but i dont think so. Its definitley interesting and fun to do if you enjoy crafting things
interesting experience. on the pricier side but still quite worth it. Do note that if you want to, you can make the shuriken or kunai blunt to abide your origin country law on sharp objects. due to my country laws, we had to take the mask option.
Amazing experience, and Ako and Take were excellent! We did the ONI mask option and it was well worth it, and now we have a handmade souvenir to take home to remember the trip. Would happily do it again and recommend it to anyone looking for something different.
We had such a great time! the process of making the ninja weapons was really fun, and we loved that there’s the option to engrave something on it :) Would definitely recommend if you want to do something more unique in Kyoto! 🥷
This was so much fun! Shaping the metal with the pliers, files, and sandpaper can get tiring but is suuuper satisfying. The staff was great and even brought out a belt sander on request so I could get my blade super sharp. They add a custom kanji inscribing for you at the end and you can pick whatever you want. 10/10 would bring the homies on my next Japan trip.
Really fun experience, choose your shape, sort the mould and then pour the tin and begin the filing session to shape and sharpen your shuriken. Well worth doing and you end up with a unique self made item as a memory
We got greeted very kindly, had a nice chat with the staff and had so much fun in general. They were always very kind and friendly and explained and guided every step of the process very well. We're so glad we chose this experience and now have fancy souvenirs to take home!
A truly wonderful experience! The kids had a great time creating things and made some beautiful memories and artwork. Thank you to the teachers for their dedication and sharing, very friendly and professional.
Great experience! Ako was an amazing instructor, if you’re able to do this I’d recommend. You can do a number of different shuriken designs, choose a Kunai, or a mask!
