We truly appreciate the travel agency's service in Southern Xinjiang. Our guide, Xiao Hui, was incredibly attentive, keeping us updated daily on our itinerary and important details via WeChat. Our driver, Ya Dong, was excellent; he was completely accommodating to our frequent requests to stop for photos, even though it affected his schedule and rest time, and he never complained. He also took us to try delicious and affordable local food. The airport transfer driver, Xiao Huang, was very punctual and engaging. The only area for improvement was the late communication regarding the itinerary contact person. We only received notification from Southern Xinjiang two days before departure. I tried to contact Klook, but it was difficult to find their contact information. It would be much better to receive this information a week before departure, as it allows for proper planning. Overall, I would recommend this tour to friends. All the attractions we visited were absolutely stunning.

- Departure Instructions: If you choose to leave the group during the trip, the unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and only the expenses not incurred during the trip will be refunded, and the transportation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances; because you have registered for a group tour, the cost has actually occurred after the vehicle departs. If you leave the group midway, the vehicle needs to continue to carry other tourists on the group to continue the itinerary, and the transportation fee cannot be refunded. Please be aware.
- Return Reminder: It is not recommended to book a plane/train ticket for the return trip on the same day as the group tour, because there may be special circumstances such as traffic jams on the road.
