Make sure to show them the booking number/qr code before booking to ensure a see less experience. The staff didn't book for me even after the email was sent. Masseuse was great, staff counter lady did her best to accommodate.
The therapist is very good service, time passed swiftly for the 60 minutes package. Sadly they have noisy renovation is Nimman shop and suddenly. Hanged my booking to another Lanna shop. Email said can redeemed the transportation fee, but reception said that’s Klook voucher so cannot redeem. After short conversation the bill is settled and I am fine with the arrangement. Anyway the environment is better than other brands so I will still consider next time.
It is well worth it to experience Asurvedic massage. The driver will pick you up at the hotel in a fragrant car. Once you sit down, you will be given drinks and towels, and then you will fill in a questionnaire. The massage strength is light or heavy, and the areas that need to be strengthened can be found here. time to bring it up. The whole process was relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely visit again when coming to Chiang Mai.

From Ban Kang Wat, I went to Nimmanhaemin in the afternoon, felt the street atmosphere, received a 120-minute Lanna package (Thai + herbal ball + aroma oil) in the evening, and then went back to the hotel in Old Town using the free pick-up service. It was a perfect way to end the day! As expected from a high-class spa, the room condition and service were both great :)

The massage is in place and comfortable. You can choose the focus massage position, intensity and non-pressure position. The environment is comfortable. There are drinks and fruits before and after pressing.

The Nimman branch is only a 3-minute walk from Nimman One. The location is convenient and the masseurs are very skilled. I will want to experience it again!
