  • The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, or 8 hours if the start or end point is in a different location (please allow time based on actual conditions); the service is available from 07:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
  • If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays due to traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: For vehicles with 10 seats or less: ¥5,000 per hour of overtime. For vehicles with 14 seats or more: ¥10,000 per hour of overtime.
  • Departure time can be arranged according to the needs of passengers (within the available service time). Please specify in the order notes.
  • Please note that the driver’s primary languages are Chinese or Japanese. English will be supported using translation software.
  • If you require an English-speaking driver, there may be an additional charge. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The pick-up and drop-off points are both hotels or guesthouses within Osaka (for pick-up and drop-off in different locations, please allow the driver time to travel empty or an additional fee may be required).
  • Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, a vehicle of the same class may be provided to ensure a comfortable trip.
  • Overload Risk: If you cannot board due to exceeding the allowed passenger or luggage capacity, the cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

  • Due to traffic conditions or weather on the day, the order of the itinerary, departure and arrival times, and duration of stay may be adjusted.
  • If the arrival time is delayed and you are unable to connect to other transportation, the resulting taxi or accommodation costs will be borne by the passenger.
  • If the itinerary is canceled on the day, you will be notified by customer service. If you do not receive a notification, the itinerary will proceed as normal.
  • If you are late or unable to participate due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the fee.
