-The lower bunk is wide and comfortable to sit on. -There is a small coffee table to place water/belongings on. -There are employees selling water/snacks in rounds. -It takes 6 hours from Da Nang to Dong Hoi.
the view we got from the journey was mesmerizing and once in a lifetime moment, the coach we got was just awesome.
As th soft seater was booked we were given an option to upgrade to sleeper. This was absolutely worth it. It was so clean and tidy even the washrooms were clean. We were personally informed by the train attendant about our station arriving. This was absolutely worth it. A must Try!

We had booked the soft-seat option, thinking that the train will be clean and tidy. However, it was completely opposite of that, the train was dirty and smelly! The train was late too. Overall the experience wasn’t good! Would recommend booking the sleeper as it is much cleaner and does not smell and not noisy too!
I booked a seat in the AC soft seat carriage. The legroom was quite cramped, and since travelers' luggage, like suitcases, was continuously loaded onto the overhead racks in the order people boarded, I was late and couldn't secure space for my luggage. This meant I had to put my bags at my feet, preventing me from sitting straight. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn't very effective, so I couldn't even enjoy the scenery. It turned out to be a very difficult and uncomfortable journey. I absolutely would not recommend it to general tourists. The restroom also looked like a place I definitely wouldn't want to use, so I held it for five hours. Perhaps those who are used to traveling abroad might think, "This is just how it is."
