Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, providing thoughtful commentary on the historical and cultural significance of both sites, even she was not speaking english, she manage through wechat.

please tell the guide, he has to be honest person. After arriving back in Chengdu, He prepared return transportation for other participants , but he didn’t prepare for my family. one of the participants who btw can speak english, asked the guide why he didn’t prepare a car for my family and he responded to him, yelling and told this participant to mind his own business. money is not the problem, but his honesty and attitude. also sometimes the guide mocked my family using chinese language. very bad attitude

Unfortunately, I can’t say much about the tour as I decided last minute not to take part. The organization was difficult from the start — everything was in Chinese, even though I had booked through an English website and expected an English-speaking guide. On the day of departure, I was picked up as planned, but after boarding the bus, I realized there was no English support at all. I was shouted at in Chinese and felt overwhelmed, not knowing what was going on or when I needed to be where. No one tried to help or translate. I don’t mind cultural differences, but I had hoped for at least minimal English assistance. I ended up canceling the tour, but even then, I was met with resistance and shouting. Overall, I was disappointed, especially since I had only had good experiences with Klook before.
