Set against the iconic views of Repulse Bay, indulge in a leisurely seaside feast at The Verandah Sunday Brunch.
Begin with a lavish seafood feast brimming with steamed lobster, snow crab legs, and artisan sashimi counter, alongside an enticing selection of seasonal salads and Chef’s appetisers crafted with the freshest ingredients.
The brunch features a more international spread with a refined Southeast Asian focus. Highlights include a dedicated curry station showcasing flavours from different regions of Southeast Asia, featuring dishes such as Pan Seared Barramundi in Thai Yellow Curry, Chicken Tikka, and more. Complementing this is a carving station offering a rotating selection of beef, chicken, lamb and gammon ham, with signature roast theatre including U.S. Angus Beef Striploin and French Pyrenees Baby Lamb Shoulder Ballotine, among other chef selected specialties.
Be sure to save room for our spectacular dessert selection, highlighted by a live crepe station serving freshly made, warm crepes to order, alongside beautifully crafted pastries and an array of luxurious chocolate creations that taste even more exquisite than they look.

Lemon Blossom Afternoon Tea
Welcome a bright season with the Lemon Blossom afternoon tea at The Verandah — a seasonal celebration inspired by the freshness, fragrance and gentle elegance of lemon trees in the garden at The Repulse Bay.
Drawing inspiration from the lemon trees surrounding The Complex, our talented Pastry Chef has thoughtfully crafted a collection of citrus‑forward delights. Bathed in radiant golden‑yellow hues inspired by fresh lemons, the afternoon tea captures the brightness and refreshing spirit of spring.
Highlights include a beautifully balanced Calabria lemon meringue tart, lemon infused panna cotta and Paris-Brest, complemented by signature dried cranberries scones with homemade garden lemon and vanilla jam, and clotted cream.

If you book through Klook, it's a little cheaper. You can show your voucher and they will guide you smoothly. I made a reservation on a weekday and went there, but it was relatively empty and I was able to enjoy afternoon tea elegantly at a window seat. The savory dishes and cakes were delicious! The coffee was one cup, but the tea pot was large so I was able to enjoy several cups.
The service was courteous, helpful, and caring. There was live piano music, and the food tasted good too. We had a wonderful evening, highly recommended!
Comfortable environment and excellent service from the staff.
The high tea food is delicious, location is great, especially if you time it with sunset over the bay.
