awful experience. tour guide never showed up and never contacted us. waited for pick up 1.30 hour in a lobby trying to sort out with klook for more than 12 hours prior to departure for exact pick up time and tour operator number, no luck. total scam. still waiting to sort out refund issue with kloock. not only lost money, totally wasted day and great disappointment for kids

the worst! I woke up early since in the booking it says pick up would be from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM. However, been waiting at the lobby for almost 1 and half hour and nobody contacted me. Tried calling the operator’s number and it says it’s unavailable. Answered once and said they are on the way yet it was already 9 AM and still nobody arrive..Called several times with no success..It’s really frustrating..
