The store clerks patiently suggested color matching for girdle, ropes, small handbags, etc. They were also very professional and gentle when wearing the kimono, and I felt very considerate. In addition, I experienced hairstyling this time. The hairstylist also recommended some matching headgear for me according to the color of the kimono. My friend and I were very satisfied with the overall effect. I will definitely visit again next time I come to Tokyo!

We had a great experience at Yae Kimono Shop. They offered a wide selection of kimonos and the process was well organized. The staff helped us choose and try on kimonos, and assisted with dressing. The auntie who did my hair did an excellent job, and the photographer captured great shots. We're awaiting the edited photos, but the raw ones were already great. Highly recommend!

Loved the experience and would definitely return next time! The staff there were all super friendly and professional! What I love about Yae is that unlike other places where they provide multiple plans, they only categorise their kimono by style, so the normal ones and furisode (the extravagant long sleeves ones) which means you don't need to pay extra to upgrade to the prettier patterns! Staff were super friendly and they did an amazing job in helping me choosing my kimono and getting my hair done!
