Harmony Luxury Cruise: Ha Long Bay,Sung Sot & Ti Top

Because I booked late, I saw on Taobao that the cruises on the 19th were around 380, but after filtering, I finally found this store. I was worried that there might be problems because the price was low, but it turned out to be completely unfounded. The yacht was the Harmony, five-star, three-story, and the equipment was very new. The journey started from Tuanzhou Wharf, exactly as planned. The tour guide was very professional, and there was plenty of time at each location. I also met a foreign friend on the boat and chatted all the way. In short, this was a wonderful experience. You can go for it without hesitation.

They notified us the afternoon before about the boat change, but the itinerary remained the same, which was good for the trip.

WOW! A full day of fun, the tour guide's explanation was clear and very interesting. The itinerary time management was excellent, and there was enough time to visit each attraction. The only area for improvement is the food. The snacks at the end of the trip only consisted of fruit and cookies, and the atmosphere was just average, leaving something to be desired.

We recently visited Ha Long Bay and had a mixed experience. The crew, especially Mr. Addy and guide Eddy, were attentive. The cabin was clean and the food was great. 🚤 Unfortunately, our Luon Cave visit was ruined by loud, disrespectful behavior from a Chinese tour group. Their guide swayed the boat dangerously. We raised concerns, but staff responded dismissively 🤷‍♀️. 🏝️ Sung Sot Cave was beautiful and well-organized. 🚫 Ti Top Beach was overcrowded, smoky, and noisy—not enjoyable at all. 🚌 On the return, we were suddenly told to switch buses without warning. Our belongings were still on the original bus, and the new one dropped us on the street far from our hotel. A heads-up would have helped, even with traffic issues. ✅ Overall, the views and staff were great, but poor crowd management and communication affected the experience.

Sailing through Hạ Long Bay is like drifting into a living painting. Thousands of limestone karsts rise dramatically from emerald waters, their shapes softened by mist and time. Our tour guide Y, and our waitress, Chloe, were exceptional! They provided wonderful service. Our first booking was rescheduled to a different boat but the service was amazing. We got put on the amethyst cruise, a free upgrade. The ship is two months old and it’s beautiful inside! The buffet was super good as they had oysters, prawns, seafood soup, lots of fresh fruits. The bamboo boat activity was amazing and we even saw monkeys! Ti Top island is kind of a tourist trap but if it’s not busy, hike to the top.

This tour was worth every cent- our guide Rosie was kind and funny and a great communicator. She took such good care of us at all the stops, making sure we were happy and safe. The crew were so accomodating for my dietary requirements (vegan) and made sure all passengers were happy. The views are absolutely stunning as well, and the activities were so much fun. Trekking through Sung Sot Cave was a highlight, as was taking a bamboo boat through some of the alcoves of the bay. Highly recommend this tour.

Good experience, Tuan Chau Pier is a little far from the city. The food is consistent with the photos. There is only one hour for eating, and some seafood will not be restocked after eating. The weather is good and the photos are beautiful. There were too many people when playing in the Surprise Cave and I didn't pay attention to the time. I almost missed the boat. When we arrived at the pier, our boat had already sailed a little, but fortunately it stopped to pick us up. It was a false alarm. It happened that there was a birthday on the boat, so a birthday cake was given and shared with everyone during afternoon tea. The afternoon tea fruit cake is limited, one per person, and the shrimp crackers and peanut cookies are unlimited. There are coffee and tea.

This was the cruise trip I wanted to do most in Ha Long Bay. The ship is comfortable and spacious, and the staff provides excellent service.
