5D Jiuzhaigou & Western Sichuan (Includes Mt. Siguniang & Zoige)

I went with my daughter who had just finished her college entrance exams; she loves routes with breathtaking scenery like this. We crossed grasslands, snow-capped mountains, colorful ponds, and lakes in 5 days, and our eyes were constantly delighted. Flower Lake and the grasslands were at their most beautiful, with lush green and wildflowers everywhere, giving the impression of wind blowing through the grass revealing cattle and sheep. At Huanglong, the ropeway made going up and down easy, and while there was a lot of walking in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, the boardwalks were gentle, so even with my bad knees, I managed. The temperature at Siguniang Mountain's Shuangqiao Valley was cool, making it excellent for escaping the summer heat. Our guide noticed my daughter and I took many photos and actively helped us find more photo spots; my daughter absolutely loved the Tibetan clothing experience. There were indeed no shopping stops throughout the trip, which was very reassuring. The hotel in Jiuzhai that night had floor heating, which was important for a good night's sleep as it was still cool in June. Overall, I was satisfied; it's suitable for family travel.

After this trip, I only have two words to say: perfect and fulfilling. First, the accommodation was better than expected; it was clean, quiet, and allowed for good rest. We arrived at Ruoergai Flower Lake at the best possible time, with tiny yellow flowers densely covering the lake. Walking along the boardwalk felt like stepping into a painting, and the ladies in our group were so excited they were practically jumping. Five days weren't enough to take it all in. Our little guide reminded us daily about the weather and what to wear. There were no shopping stops throughout the trip, not even roadside stalls. Our driver, Brother Chen Yong, was very kind, drove steadily, and was quite amusing. He picked us up and dropped us off punctually every day. Highly recommended!

I really loved the pace of this tour. The daily driving schedule was well-planned; even on the longest day, we didn't drive for more than four hours, and we stopped several times in between to stretch our legs. In early June, the Ruoergai Grassland was already lush, and the Flower Lake boardwalk was flat and easy to walk. We were among the first to enter Jiuzhaigou, which allowed us to avoid the crowds. Long Lake and Five-Color Pond had very few people, so we didn't have to wait to take photos. Highly recommended!

I saw photos of Huahu Grassland online a while ago and immediately wanted to go. This year, I finally made it. While it's a bit different from the online pictures, it's still incredibly beautiful. It's a beauty that engages your sense of smell, with the scent of the grass, which is very therapeutic. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the trip; the car and accommodation were good. Each attraction offered a unique experience, making the long journey well worth it.
