What a wonderful experience! During my day on Miyajima, I spent a couple of hours at the okeiko Japan being dressed up with a wonderful kimono, taking pics, experiencing a tea ceremony and making my own matcha tea, finishing it all up with an amulet making, all guided by an amazing host. I went during a quiet time and had the whole place to myself. The hostesses were amazing, explaining step by step and making sure I was the most comfortable. They have an extensive choice of kimonos to pick from, all sizes. Highly recommended!
Booked last minute and was lucky enough to get the last spot. The staff were incredibly professional and they all spoke English. They also had accessories for the kimonos, everything was beautiful!
Highlight of the trip! Such an incredible experience guided by wonderful hosts. Highly recommend :)
It was so much fun, and the staff kindly explained everything one by one and talked with me. Each experience was really fun and became a great memory!
