Direct bus from Hong Kong to Zhongshan [Yongdong Bus Cross-border Express]

It was very convenient to get on and off the bus, but it was the New Year holiday and there was severe traffic jam from the third to the fifth day. It took a total of 5 hours to get to Zhongshan Hotel, and the bus stopped for 2.5 hours.

Overall the direct cross border bus ride was great. Passing thru immigration was felt like a rush process. I booked online for 2 tickets and was issue separated seats which was not practical. For someone visiting Zhongshan the first time, booking online web page was very confusing due to names of the Summit hotel pickup point differs from the Shengjing Shangfeng hotel pickup point posted once ticket wss issue. Both names are the same hotel, so the booking page should only show pickup point as Shengjing Shangfeng hotel.

Convenient, fast and comfortable. We arrived at the bus stop half an hour earlier than the scheduled bus and thought we would have to wait for half an hour, but the staff told us that we could take an earlier bus because there were seats available. So we don't have to wait, just get in the car, okay.

The driving time is on time and convenient. You can go straight through the border and transfer to another bus. The bus is stable and air-conditioned. The seats are comfortable and the driver is polite.

Very easy to redeem and a very convenient way to get from Hong Kong to Zhongshan.

The process went very smoothly. After getting on the bus in Hong Kong, you can go directly to Shenzhen Bay. It only takes one hour to get from Shenzhen to Zhongshan.

The location is convenient and if there is a seat on the earlier bus, you can get on it immediately.

It's not a problem with Yongdong Bus, the platform simply didn't do its best to assist customers, popping in and out, saying they could adjust the time to help change it, and then making excuses that they couldn't change it. Booking tickets directly from the supplier is instead more flexible.
