The location is clear, and the process is straightforward. There's no need to exchange for physical tickets; you can use the QR code immediately after purchase. Children are free according to age. Boarding is at the Galaxy Macau lobby, Diamond Lounge. If you have any questions or concerns, go into the Galaxy and turn right; there's a very large counter. The staff wears bright orange suits. The bus is on time. Mine departed at 12:15 and arrived at Prince Edward at 13:45. When going through immigration, take your luggage with you. There's a bit of walking at Macau immigration, so allow plenty of time. If you miss it, wait for the next bus. Walk back to C6. At Hong Kong immigration, there's less walking; boarding is at C3, which is easy in 20 minutes. At the Prince Edward office, if you want to buy a return ticket, it's located right at the parking spot.
it was an easy breezy smooth sailing adventure at macsu Hassle free ticket purchasing … will definetely recommend to friends and collegues!!! will use it again for my next trip!!! thank you so much!!!
Smooth and hassle-free journey! I booked the Hong Kong–Macau Shared Bus by Trans-Island ChinaLink (one-way) through Klook and the whole process was super easy — the e-voucher appeared instantly and check-in at the bus terminal was quick and well organised. The coach itself was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned with ample luggage space. Crossing the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge was a unique experience with beautiful views along the way, and immigration procedures were straightforward. A very convenient and reliable way to travel from Hong Kong to Macau — highly recommend!
⸻ I took the bus from Macau to Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge (HZMB). The ride itself was smooth and scenic, taking about 40 minutes across the bridge. However, you have to go through immigration twice—once in Macau and once in Hong Kong—so it adds some time.
We had a struggle finding the East Wing of The Venetian Macao because there’s no signage. So for others purchasing the same ticket, go to the MAIN LOBBY. It’s the same as the East Wing. Then on the side claim for your tickets using the qr code from your voucher. And then ask the staff where is the queue outside, then you’re good to go!
If you’re departing from Venetian Macau - HK, have your QR code ready and ask the lobby concierge to print the actual tickets for you! (Yes - they will print it! That way you won’t have to deal with an angry lady outside. Once you have your actual tickets, there is a waiting area just across the East Wing Lobby (see last 2 photos). You will be asked to go down the bus twice - Macau Immigration and HK Immigration where in both occasions you will only have 20 minutes to accomplish otherwise the bus will leave you. This gave us a panic attack at first but the next bus (from the same company of course!) will normally accommodate you but still better to be there on time especially if you’re going back to HK at night. Hope this helps!
Very seamless travel arrangement coming from Macau back to HK after a day tour. We we're even accommodated for an earlier schedule than what we have. We almost had the whole bus to ourselves, literally just 7 passengers on the trip (including us)!
From Macau to Hongkong we tried riding a bus for the experience and it took us 2 hours to go back to Hongkong. The only problem we’ve encountered was the QR code of my friend’s booking won’t print and the guy who facilitates the booking was so rude. Good thing we tried talking to the receptionist at the Venetian and she’s kind enough to help us print the ticket of my friend. Other than that, we had a smooth ride going back to Hongkong.
Nice alternative to the usual ferry especially if you don't live near Sheung Wan. The bus takes you directly to your hotel of choice. Many stops available andruns at a high frequency. Recommend
seamless transfer from hong kong to macao and vice versa. Just a little bit confusing at first but just follow the instructions and the map. immigration clearance done within 5 minutes.
