• Mao Zedong Memorial Hall: Due to actual needs, the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall will undergo internal renovation and construction from March 16 to August 31, 2026, during which time it will be closed to the public.
• Forbidden City: Tickets for the Forbidden City are limited. We will do our best to secure tickets for you, but cannot guarantee them. Please be aware of this and understand. If Forbidden City tickets cannot be secured, we will arrange for one of the following: Jingshan Park (with a distant view of the Forbidden City), a Beihai boutique tour, or the Confucius Temple and Imperial Academy, with a refund of the ticket price difference. During peak season, there are large crowds in the square and at the Forbidden City, which may lead to long queues and waiting times. To ensure sufficient time for sightseeing, lunch will be served later. Visitors are advised to bring some food to stave off hunger in case of a late meal.
• Flag-raising ceremony: If the flag-raising appointment is not successful, it will be changed to watching the flag-lowering ceremony; if you cannot get up early to attend, it will be considered an automatic waiver, and you can arrange the meeting time and place with the tour guide to directly participate in the next attraction; the specific date and departure time of the flag-raising ceremony are subject to the tour guide's notification, and the subsequent itinerary time will be postponed accordingly; as the departure is early on that day, the hotel's packed breakfast is relatively simple, so it is recommended that you prepare your own snacks in advance.
• Badaling Great Wall: After ascending the Great Wall, visitors are free to explore. The guide will take you to the Great Wall scenic area, and will not provide commentary after ticket inspection.
• Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After a successful booking, your trip butler will contact you via email within 2 hours. If you do not receive an email, you can contact your trip butler using the supplier's email address provided on your confirmation slip.
• You will receive a call or text message from your tour guide before 9:00 PM on the day before your arrival in Beijing, informing you of the tour details. Please keep your phone on and wait patiently.
• For safety reasons, this product does not accept bookings from pregnant women; if there are elderly individuals aged 70 (inclusive) or above in the travel party, a "Health Certificate" must be signed with our company, and they must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-69 to join the tour. We appreciate your understanding.
• Upon arrival in Beijing, a driver will pick you up from the airport/train station and take you to your hotel. Typically, the driver will contact you about half an hour before you arrive at the airport or high-speed rail station, so please keep your phone on. For some guests with similar arrival and departure times, we will arrange shared car service, and the pick-up/drop-off route may include different hotels. Each order only includes one pick-up/drop-off service; multiple or various pick-up/drop-off methods cannot be arranged. In case of special circumstances where arrangements cannot be made, you will be notified to take a taxi to the hotel. Please keep your ticket receipts, and you can claim reimbursement from the tour guide with the invoice.
• Hotel check-in time is generally after 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at the front desk and wait a bit by exploring the hotel surroundings. Some hotels require a deposit at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out under normal circumstances. On the last day, please check out before 12:00 PM.
• The meal standard is defaulted to ten people per table, calculated as eight dishes and one soup. If the group size is less than 8 people, the tour guide will refund the cost of the main meal on the spot and assist guests in arranging their own meals (if guests forgo meals due to their own reasons, the meal cost will not be refunded). When the actual number of people is less than or more than ten, the quantity and portion size of dishes will be appropriately adjusted while maintaining the same meal standard per person.
• (April-October) Peak season ticket discounts for seniors: Guests aged 60 and above with an ID card can get a half-price ticket of 50 yuan according to the travel agency's agreed price; guests aged 70 and above with an ID card can get a half-price ticket of 70 yuan according to the travel agency's agreed price; (November-March of the following year) Off-peak season ticket discounts for seniors: Guests aged 60 and above with an ID card can get a half-price ticket of 40 yuan according to the travel agency's agreed price; guests aged 70 and above with an ID card can get a half-price ticket of 50 yuan; (The policy for free tickets or discounted tickets is subject to the regulations at the scenic spot, please inform the staff in advance and bring relevant documents)
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, please bear the additional costs incurred.
• This itinerary requires a lot of walking, please ensure you are physically able, and it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
• By default, a hotel twin room will be arranged, with 2 adults per room. This itinerary does not allow for shared rooms. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, you must purchase an additional "single room supplement": for a single traveler, a separate room will be arranged for you; for 3 adults traveling together, you can purchase 3 adult tickets and 1 "single room supplement", which will arrange two rooms for you.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation available more than 7 days before departure.
• Cancellation 4-7 (inclusive) days before departure will incur a 50% loss of the tour fee.
• Cancellations 1-3 (inclusive) days before departure will incur a full loss.
• For orders involving major holidays such as New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival, May Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, etc., cancellation within 7 days (including 7 days) before departure will result in a full loss of the tour fee.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Child price specifically refers to children aged 2-12 who do not occupy a bed, do not include hotel meals, and do not include admission tickets; includes: tour bus seat fee, other regular meal fees, tour guide service fees, other expenses are at your own discretion.
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The accompanying adult will serve as their guardian during the activity.
• Participants must be aged under 80 to take part in this activity
