The weather was great, and the time management was perfect, making for a very fulfilling tour experience. 😁😁 We entered Oakvale Wildlife Park right at opening, which allowed us to interact more closely with the animals. The kids absolutely loved being able to touch and feed the free-roaming animals up close. 👍👍 The wine tasting, along with the burger and pizza lunch, was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. 🤩🤩 The dolphin watching cruise was also fantastic. Just when we thought we might not see any, we encountered a large pod of dolphins, and I took many videos. Our guide recommended the best spot for viewing, which was amazing. 😃😃 And finally, sandboarding at Port Stephens was truly, truly fun. 😎😎 Throughout the trip, our guide shared a lot of useful information and Sydney travel tips. Guide Moses also ensured a relaxed and uncrowded tour experience by selecting the perfect itinerary and managing time effectively according to the weather. We made lasting memories. On August 22nd, I went on a Port Stephens tour with the wonderful travel agency, Zigzag Tour! I was a bit worried that visiting so many places in one day would be tiring, but since we traveled everywhere by bus, it was actually much more comfortable than I expected. The desert, in particular, had perfect weather and hardly any people, making it feel like we had the entire desert to ourselves. It was great for taking photos and exploring at our leisure, which made it the most memorable part of the trip! The wine tasting also exceeded my expectations, so my travel companion and I each bought a bottle. In Nelson Bay, we were lucky enough to see many dolphins. Oakvale Wildlife Park was also fantastic. Unlike other zoos, we could directly feed various animals, which was much more enjoyable than just observing them. We also got to see koalas up close. What I appreciated most was that the itinerary wasn't just about rushing from one tourist spot to the next. Our guide gave us plenty of free time and took great care of us throughout the day, allowing us to travel comfortably. It was a fulfilling yet relaxed tour, offering a variety of experiences in one day, from the desert to a winery, dolphins, and a wildlife park. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Port Stephens for the first time!

If I had to pick the most memorable day from our recent honeymoon in Australia, it would definitely be the Port Stephens tour! 😊 It was an early start, but thanks to our guide, Young, the day was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable. I especially loved being able to enter the zoo right at opening, which allowed us to explore at our leisure. We had the special experience of touching a koala, and the moments we spent feeding kangaroos and interacting with them up close are still vivid in my mind. It was truly amazing and wonderful to see and experience these animals in person, rather than just in pictures. Afterward, the wine tasting at the winery was also a unique experience. The chicken burger we had there was delicious too. Next, we took a boat out to sea to see dolphins, and it was incredibly moving to encounter them much closer than I expected. Watching them swim freely in their natural habitat felt incredibly healing. Finally, we reached what I would call the highlight of the tour. The scenery on the endless sand dunes was breathtaking, and above all, our guide, Young, took such beautiful and thoughtful photos for us that we ended up with lifelong, picture-perfect shots, haha. I was even more grateful that he didn't just take pictures, but also paid attention to our poses and composition. It felt even more special because it was our honeymoon, and it wasn't just sightseeing, but a meaningful time that will remain a cherished memory. Our team departed without one group, and we later heard they called to complain. They probably misread the location! Review: There were so many positive reviews for Young Guide, and we were happy to go with them. First, the explanations were excellent, delivered in a comfortable, radio-like style that was easy to listen to. They provided information at just the right moments, allowing us to rest and listen well. What's truly amazing is how the information they shared during the guided tour, delivered almost like an educational lecture, stuck with us and came to mind throughout our trip. It was fascinating how we could listen to it like background radio, yet it was so memorable. I think this is what makes a veteran guide! Also, instead of prioritizing fuel efficiency or a fixed route, they flexibly guided us, considering the opinions and conditions of the tour group that day, which was fantastic. The quality of the itinerary was better than a private tour! And they take excellent photos. They mentioned that since they visit the same places and take similar photos constantly, they become skilled at capturing great shots of your trip, no matter what (and it's true, haha). There were pros and cons to this order: going to the desert first meant the sand was in great condition and there were no crowds, so the photos turned out amazing. However, we got covered in sand right from the start, messing up our setup. Going to the zoo in the afternoon was great because there were no people, and everyone was up eating, so it was perfect. Plus, the animals were roaming freely, allowing for very close interaction, haha.

Today, I went on a tour with our young guide! I had hastily booked a tour yesterday after hearing the weather might be bad, but that reservation was canceled. I then found a similar tour, and I think it was even better that I ended up on this one! We had already visited Featherdale Wildlife Park, so I didn't have high expectations for Oakvale Wildlife Park. However, even my parents, who aren't big animal lovers, enjoyed feeding the animals themselves, seeing koalas up close, feeding goats, and even milking a cow. We made the most of our short time at the zoo! Afterward, we went to a winery for a tasting, and I even bought a bottle of Moscato because it was so sweet. Then, we went on a dolphin cruise and saw dolphins! (Though I wasn't quick enough with my camera to get good pictures, unfortunately.) Finally, we had a fantastic time sandboarding! And Nelson Bay 🌊 was truly breathtaking with its beautiful ocean…💙 The water was a stunning emerald color, which was incredibly relaxing! Today was a lot of fun, thanks to Zigzag Tours and our guide, Jin. We left early in the morning, and after about an hour and 50 minutes of driving, we stopped at a cafe for breakfast. Sandboarding was even more fun than I expected, and we got some great photos. For lunch, we all had chicken sandwiches. In the afternoon, we took a boat from Port Stephens and saw dolphins up close, which was absolutely amazing! Finally, we went to the zoo. We saw many animals and even got to touch a koala's bottom. I'm truly grateful to Zigzag Tours and our guide.

🌴 Port Stephens Tour with Guide Moses 🏝️ Having heard many times that Port Stephens is a must-visit if you're in Sydney, I compared several tours and ultimately chose the Zigzag Tour for its excellent value. The day was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable, from the early opening of Oakvale Wildlife Park to the winery, lunch, the Nelson Bay dolphin cruise, and finally, sandboarding. I got to see koalas and wombats, which I had really wanted to see in Australia. Our guide even provided food for the kangaroos, so we could feed kangaroos, ducks, and other animals. Giving milk to baby goats was a particularly special and fun experience! At the winery, we sampled various wines. I liked one so much that I bought a bottle. It felt even more special knowing it was only sold at that specific winery, and I'm so glad I bought it. Lunch was also delicious. For the dolphin cruise, I was lucky to have fantastic weather on the day I went, and it was amazing to see so many dolphins. I was very satisfied to see dolphins up close, which isn't something you get to do every day. For the last activity, sandboarding on the sand dunes, I was initially worried about getting covered in sand and what to do with my shoes. But our guide told us it was fine to take off our shoes, so I went barefoot. It would have been much more uncomfortable with shoes on. My friend and I took many photos, and our guide enthusiastically took pictures for us, creating wonderful memories. After sandboarding, we had some free time, and the ocean I saw then was perhaps the most beautiful I've ever seen. It was sunset, making the scenery even more fantastic, and I was able to capture many photos. Above all, thanks to Guide Moses, we were able to enjoy the tour comfortably and happily throughout. I went to Port Stephens on the premium tour! The weather forecast wasn't great, so I was half-hearted about going, but since I only had one day, I reluctantly went. Once I got there, the weather was unbelievably good! I was with Guide Jun, and since there was rain predicted for the afternoon, he took us to the sandboarding first. We did an early 'open run,' and it felt like we had the desert all to ourselves, which was amazing! I bundled up, expecting it to be cold and windy, but I actually got hot while sandboarding! The local restaurant where we had lunch also had a great atmosphere, and honestly, the weather made the whole trip perfect. We went to the zoo last, and just as the guide said, the weather started to get cloudy! It was a stroke of genius that we went sandboarding and took so many photos with the blue sky in the morning. At the zoo, I loved seeing the baby koalas and baby kangaroos! Guide Jun drove us safely on the long journey, gave us lots of informative explanations, and enthusiastically took our photos! I highly recommend him!

I had a wonderful time with Guide Kim Tae-young, who accompanied me on various activities from morning until evening! He took photos for us at the photo zones and taught us how to tour safely, making the packed itinerary very enjoyable. I thought the 7 AM start would be tough, but there were small breaks (during travel, waiting times, etc.) that allowed me to rest little by little and still do everything. The zoo was more fun than I expected because it wasn't just for looking, and the sandboarding got more sand on me than I anticipated. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience a full day of diverse activities!
