Starting in Malang, we visited Batu. Everything was wonderful, from the waterfalls to the cafes, the transportation museum, and the night market! On the way back, we stopped at a supermarket, and the drop-off was perfect! It was a truly happy car rental experience!
Great driver, Aby is informative and punctual. Outside surcharges are needed for places like Tumpak Sewu.
Wisnu was very kind to bring us to the Tumpak Sewu waterfalls and rainbow village. He also managed to get a personal photographer which made the most beautiful pictures of my life, even better than the ones of my wedding day! Fantastic day and a fantastic driver!
The private car service is perfect for getting around Malang area. Additional fees for outer areas are reasonable. Our driver Wisnu was very accomodating and friendly. Driving was great and car was clean.

The driver is friendly, but the car is hard. He seems to be very greedy about the next itinerary. I went to Tteumbak Se-woo, but the road was a bit difficult, so I think I should reserve a good car. Also, it would be better to specify exactly how much it will cost to go somewhere.
Driver (Wisnu) was terrible, telling us about his pornography addiction and pervertic thoughts about sleeping with clients, including underage children. He was not only slow but also admitted to overcharging tourists! Beware and read the fine print.
I never leave negative reviews, but this has been the worst experience while hiring a driver. The driver got lost more than twice taking a "shortcut" and did not follow instructions when asked to stop at a specific location. He would charged for for every little thing. I got frustrated and told him we were finished a few hours earlier than what was scheduled. I took a grab back to my hotel instead because I could not stand his incompetence. I forgot a bag in the car and he insisted on me overpaying for a return. At the end, I never got my bag back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. BOOK A TOUR INSTEAD! THIS IS A SCAM!
