i cannot praise this tour enough. our guide/driver, Aulia was truly truly an asset to this company. she was very punctual, informative, catered to even the littlest needs. she made sure we got on our ferry back okay. she was very friendly, corteous and made way for us to enjoy our trip as much as possible. highly recommend this day trip from singapore! there is so much to see in this island even for a little time. they also curate your tour according to what you wanted to see or do!

Thanks to Rinald, our guide, we had a comfortable vehicle tour. He tailored the course appropriately so that we could complete all the schedules we wanted to, and we were very satisfied with the restaurants he recommended. There was a squall-like torrential rain on the tour day, but miraculously, the rain stopped just when we were about to get out of the car. It's all thanks to the lucky Rinald! I even realized I had left my jacket in the car only after we said goodbye and arrived at the airport, but thankfully, he brought it to the airport right away. John met me at arrival as soon my ferry landed. He was not only helpful in getting me around, but translated for me to staff at different venues. Also, this was a solo trip and I felt safe the whole time. Plus he took great pics of me and my time in Batam. I wanted a relaxing, non hectic trip so we did things like the Welcome sign, visited their largest mosque, ate seafood at Barelang, viewed the Barelang bridge, and chilled at Bluefire beach club. He’ll also take you to the coffee tour if you’re into that lol. Overall, he was very accommodating and I would recommend this tour if you’re visiting Batam.

We had a wonderful and great experience at Batam. Our guide, Riza is was professional, friendly, hospitable and is very knowledgeable of the sites. She delivered above and beyond despite a very short period that we have left before going back to the terminal. We get to understand the culture and historical sites and even had great pictures because of her. Thank you Riza from the Philippines! Highly recommended!

It’s been a wonderful day in Batam. We are all tired but happy. Wawan, our driver for the day, contributed greatly to our happiness. He is so accomodating. He did all our request and added many nice place to our itinerary. He is very knowledgeable and love to share many things with us. He knows the city very well. To be honest, this trip to Batam was a last-minute plan. If driver Agus hadn't messaged us the day before, we wouldn't have had any itinerary. We only gave him a very rough, unplanned schedule for the next day, and surprisingly, driver Agus helped us organize our itinerary well and recommended interesting places to visit. Saung Budaya Batam was a very interesting place, and we didn't regret stopping there. Driver Agus constantly shared the history of Batam and has good knowledge and navigation skills in Batam. Choosing this package was also very economical compared to other packages. Places visited included - Saung Budaya Batam, Barelang Bridge, Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque, Puncak Beliung, St. Peter's Church, Sultan Mahmud Riayat Mosque, Masjid Agung Raja Hamidah, Batam Raja Ali Museum (closed on weekends) & lunch at Kopak Jaya Seafood Restaurant.
