Kazuki teaches his lessons in Japanese but worry not, written English materials are provided so that you can stay on task. very good experience, chef teacher is very friendly and patience with a translator. we learned the basic steps of how to make sushi with different types. if they open another cooking class like tempura, ramen or jaoanese rice cakes class will definitely join again.
Best sushi class in Tokyo ❤️ The teacher is super nice and friendly! Bonus points for the photographer! also the food was delicious! They also made us tempura and a miso soup! We finished beautifully with a green tea! The little Japanese garden in front of the room is very peaceful too.
