If needed, please inform us in advance when booking, and the supplier can provide 1 free of charge. 　※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people’s worth of space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. •Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, as they will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. •If you exceed the passenger or luggage capacity, resulting in the inability to board the vehicle, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler. Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range •All vehicle types may be adjusted to the same level vehicle depending on the dispatch situation on the day. Specific vehicle models cannot be selected. •If a 7-seater car carries 6 adults of larger build, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater car to ensure comfort. •Vehicles are limited to driving within a 300 km radius centered on the departure hotel. •Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If outside the area, an empty car fee will be charged (JPY 5,000–20,000). •Haneda Airport/Disneyland area is not within Tokyo city; a one-way fee will be charged for pick-up or drop-off (JPY 5,000–10,000). Chartered Time and Overtime Fees •Standard service time: 10 hours 　※ If picking up/dropping off at different locations (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, empty car time will be reserved according to the actual arrangement. •Service hours: 07:00–22:00

Overtime fee standard: 　- 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be calculated as 1 hour) 　- 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be calculated as 1 hour) ※ Overtime charges include time caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances. Other Reminders •The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm that you accept this condition before booking. 　※ If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance, and an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. •The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at least 3 hours before the service). Please be ready at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. •If the itinerary includes “Mt.
