Traditional Korean Tea Ceremony & Making Tea Cookies in Seoul

The tea ceremony was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the host explained everything with kindness and care. The preparation of the tea was precise and beautiful to watch, and the taste was excellent. It felt very special and authentic. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting! we are very lucky to find an experience like this where the hosts are the kindest people that we ever met

Our hostess was just completely charming. the experience was unique, educational and enjoyable. my teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which says a lot! I would note that the location is way off the beaten path— not walkable at all and it took a while to connect with a car service because of the location. plan your transportation in advance!

Phenomenal experience learning the deep history of Korean Tea Ceremonies. We enjoyed learning the traditions of bowing, pouring tea, and the differences between Japanese and Korean tea ceremonies. The teachers were incredibly knowledgeable and willing to share their home with us. The tea was also the best green tea I’ve ever had and definitely took some home to enjoy later. Highly recommend this experience if you’re looking to learn more about the cultural aspect of tea in Korea.

A very spiritual, cultural, and ceremonial workshop. The teacher and his family clearly explained the importance of this tradition in Korean culture. A unique experience not to be missed!
