ΦανταστικόΈμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για φίλους και οικογένεια
It's a small hotel, just 16 rooms, on a quiet street off a major road. I appreciated the quiet after the noise of the city. They make you remove your outside shoes as soon as you step inside and put them in small lockers by the door. They provide slippers for indoor use. The staff was very helpful and patient with our questions. The coffee in the room and in the lobby wasn't great but there are many good coffee shops nearby. The location is excellent with easy access to public transit as well as, a little further, Nippori Station where you can catch the Skyliner to Narita Airport. There is also a large supermarket (LIFE) just a 4-minute walk away.

Great location with a clean room and friendly staff. It’s just a quick five-minute walk to Uguisudani Station, with plenty of shops nearby, and the neighborhood itself is very quiet.
Noise from guests in the rooms above can carry quite easily, bringing a noise machine or earplugs might be helpful.

Perfect location to access all the must see places. Close to a main station. The staff were really accommodating and even helped to sort the baggage to be forwarded which was a huge help. The room had all the amenities we required and was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely return.

ΚαλόΈμεινε με τον/την σύντροφο · Για αναψυχή
The staff are friendly also the facility is modern. However we were staying in first floor, the first night the person who was staying upstairs walking and moving stuff all night long. The noise was so loud we can’t even fall asleep untill they early check out. And next day morning, the staff was talking to the customer who were going to check out, and was talking so loud, I guess she didn’t know the soundproofing is not that good in the ground floor. We will say we didn’t get a good sleep in this place but the staff are friendly and the room is comfortable and clean.

ΚαλόΈμεινε με φίλους · Για αναψυχή
The rooms are small and there is no other lounge area within the hotel to relax in
The breakfast is terrible- banana’s and dry bread rolls with coffee that sits for hours and there is no communal space to eat in
Staff on check in were more concerned about telling us the rules than welcoming us
