My friends money was stolen from our room, Staff were no help. They wouldn't allow us see cameras, management never even spoke with us only reception, they wouldn't even call the police told us to go report it ourselves so got no satisfaction. What they did tell ya was no-one had entered our room even doh the cleaner admitted she did. It was literally just 1 lie after another

So we stayed hear last week, I always for like 8years stay at this hotel and I never had a problem before. We left 1 day to go 2 the beach and when we arrived home my friends money had been stolen from our room. We told reception but got no satisfaction they kept just saying come back tomorrow/tomorrow. Wouldn't allow us see the cameras, and management didn't even come to see us. They said No-one had been in our room but admitted cleaning lady was, but she didn't clean our room so we questioned again why did she go in if she didn't clean. We asked them to call the police and they would not call them, said they didn't no them or have any number for police even doh the police station is 30seconds from the hotel. Told me if I want police go there myself, so I did. police went to hotel to request cameras and they said they couldn't access and didn't have passwords so they requested all information. Unfortunately we were leaving the following day as they dragged it out so long but police said they will still investigate and be in contact. After the police going there staff ignored us as we came into the hotel and while we were shopping my friend asked for a key for the room and they told her no she cannot have because we say people stole.... THEY DID STEAL. This had gave me a different opinion on the hotel because before this happened I used to really like staying hear, I book all my family to stay now this would make me think different. Very disappointed

Amazing staff and amazing

Loved it. Will go back again. I have been there 6-7 times. They are not perfect but always trying to improve. Much appreciated. Rooms are clean. Staff and Service so very good. Breakfast very very good. Can't ask for much more.

If staying here, book a room with a sea view. The sunsets are just amazing!! Had a bit of an issue with hot water the first night but that occurred in more than just our room and staff were on to it. Stayed 3 other nights without issue. Room was warm, quiet and comfortable. Bed was great! Would definitely recommend.

We requested a twin bed room and they offered us a full bed instead. After arguing with them, they were able to give us the correct one. Rooms are very small and carpet very dusty. We had to change hotels because we could not sleep because of allergies. Staff was not friendly except the one that was at reception. Breakfast was ok

Hotel location is great, staff very helpful and freindly, i would come again.

Great hotel very clean staff are very friendly and helpful great location only complain bed was very hard and i would prefer sheets instead of blankets as they are very heavy breakfast is very good will go back was treated very well
