Had a great stay.

The rooms are clean and the air conditioner works great. However, some issues to note. Yes there is an elevator big enough to fit 2 luggage and maybe squeeze one person, but you still have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to this elevator. The rooms are also not necessarily as described. I paid extra for an upgraded room because it is advertised to be a little bigger, have a bidet, and a queen bed. We got to the hotel and it looked just like the basic room they offer. Staff told me their property doesn’t have queen beds and the listing is wrong. They also mentioned only “some” rooms have a bidet. Their comment on the room size was that only some rooms are bigger. Since I booked the room on a third party I went through them to try to get some kind of partial refund since I paid extra for the bigger bed that doesn’t exist. The hotel apparently has to approve such a thing. They said no so no money back for me. Basically paid for a fake upgrade and there was nothing I could do about it. Stay away from this place.

The rooms are also not necessarily as described. I paid extra for the super double room because on hotels.com it is advertised to be a little bigger, have a bidet, and a queen bed. We got to the hotel and it looked just like the regular double room. Staff told me their property doesn’t have queen beds and the listing is wrong. They also mentioned only “some” rooms have a bidet. Their comment on the room size was that the superior is only 40cm bigger…..anyways. Really greedy and deceitful behavior by this hotel. Would not come back.

L’hôtel était parfaite ! Le personnel est tout simplement merveilleux. Ils sont gentils, accueillants et veulent toujours aider ! La chambre était très propre ainsi que la salle de bain ! Je recommande vivement !

Great AC, small room but perfect for us. Shampoo & body wash provided but no conditioner or anything (i brought my own), bathroom has a hair dryer. Secure and very quiet, amazing location!!

Central location to visit Lisbon. Friendly staff.

Room 406 smelled of sewage, unable to change room due to full capacity. Spent the night w the windows open to alleviate the fecal smell and was unable to sleep due to the noise level from outside w the open windows. Hotel not responsive to the fact that the room smelled of sewage. Good location though.

Good central location. Perfectly fine for a short stay.

Shower was not setup properly; inconvenient to use
