Very convenient location but can’t say much for the rooms, food or staff. At dinner we ordered a potato and vegetable soup but it was just a bunch of soggy veg in a bowl of microwaved water and it only had one tiny chunk of potato in. Afterwards, I politely asked if I could settle my bill in the morning when I checked out. I was obviously in no way trying to get out of paying I just wanted to use the 200,000 idr that I had paid as a room deposit (which was a strange thing in itself) because I was leaving the country and wouldn’t get another opportunity to use that amount of cash. Instead of trying to help or even politely declining the man smirked at me and said no madam very condescendingly. I tried to explain that my last cash was given as the room deposit but he just continued shaking his head and laughing not even hearing me out. I don’t really mind the poor food, semi clean room or even that I had to pay with card instead of finishing off my cash but the bad customer service was the real disappointment of my stay.

Good and convenient for KNO arrival or departure.

I got chewed up by bed bugs!! I have videos and pictures of the bed bugs and pictures of the bites. They are extremely itchy. I showed them before I left. I will not pay for that night stay. Refund has been requested but Expedia tried calling them and they did not answer. It has been escalated to the Expedia manager.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Kuala Namu Meda airport. Room was nice, breakfast was nice.

Room was clean and spacious. Dinner in the restaurant was decent and affordable. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, except Christmas music playing in the hallway in the morning (mid-January). Breakfast was good, even though we arrived just before it ended. Stepped out of the hotel into departures. Excellent value for an airport hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and the room was spotless and comfortable. I would stay again without question.
