Good location. Close to restaurants and train station. Great hot breakfast. We have to check out early and the front desk graciously gave us a packed breakfast.

Loved the location of the property. The shower leaked a little bit, but that wasn’t a huge deal. The room was a little small for us for staying more than one night, but like I said the location can’t be beat. It was right on the main canal and super close to the train station.

We were put into a large room with a king and twin on the 4th floor initially. It was very big, well laid out and nicely decorated but HAD NO AC. Inquired with staff who brought us a fan that didn’t help. It was 27C in the room the first night which was miserable. After the 3rd time we complained they moved us down the road to Atmosphere to an extremely small but brand newly renovated room. AC was great in this room which saved us in the heat wave. But again, the room was tiny. Barely big enough for the 2 twin beds and shower was only big enough to stand in one spot. It was beautifully decorated, smelled new and it was a whole vibe. The breakfast was ok. Eggs are the main protein option and they were basic. Lots of bakery items if you’re into that. Coffee was good. There was zero information in the room but be aware that the MINI BAR IS 4€ PER DRINK! They informed us at check out. The lady was pretty rude when I mentioned they should have signage indicating the cost as previous hotels we stayed at had offered them free.

This hotel is a hidden gem, very close to the train station and within minutes of the bridge to walk over the Grand Canal and into Venice. The staff are very welcoming and breakfast included was an added bonus! The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard with tea/coffee facilities, toiletries and hairdryer. The only negative was the shower screen didn't fit the bathtub, therefore the bathroom flooded when using the shower 🙃 The breakfast selection was surprisingly good. We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend 👌

Property was excellent. Staff were amazing with food/drink recommendations. The air conditioning was absolutely spot on in this hotel! Huge bathrooms.
