Wow what a find a beautiful hotel staff couldn't do enough for you will defo stay there again

The staff is really friendly and the station next to it connects to anywhere in London. Somehow there is not noise in the rooms from the trains passing by.

Little hotel off the beaten track, so clean and friendly, highly recommended, perfect for shopping at Westfield, bathroom was spotless, comfy beds with fresh linen, just perfect

You could not see out of the window, it was covered in plastic green stuff. The tv didn’t work on bbc 1 and England were on bbc1 at 2am in the World Cup! For the price, I expected better. Fridge was helpful and 2 bottles of water. Convenient for the tube.

Very convenient location, next to Tube station. The room is big enough for 3 people with air conditioner.

Modern small comfortable hotel with air conditioning. Next to tube station and market.

We had the suite which was a pleasant surprise upgrade. The hotel was easy to find, quite small but offered some where to sit and have a drink of you wanted inside or out. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was nice, clean and a good standard. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were bedside lamps which were handy and charging points for your phone etc. It had a tv and a seating area. A hair dryer was provided which was a nice surprise. The air con was a huge success as it was very hot. There was no breakfast Option but there was plenty of choice around it . Complimentary tea coffee etc and biscuits. We would and will return and I recommend this hotel if you want a nice clean hotel in this area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which is always a bonus. It was also good value for money in my opinion.

‘Soundproofed rooms’ is misleading. Very noisy hotel. Pictures are very misleading Bed extremely uncomfortable Maintenance poor. Gaps around doors and external windows that do not close properly mean this hotel is constantly noisy. I stay in west London regularly for business working nights. I booked this hotel as my usual was fully booked due to a late notice job. I booked due to the listing saying its sound proofed and various reviews saying its quiet. The first room 107 has a window that doesn’t close properly and a mot garage directly outside the window so good luck staying asleep past 7am. I was then moved to another room 01 behind reception as I was assured this would be silent (not the basement as they said) and spent the next 4 days getting almost zero sleep as the door by reception is slammed shut non stop all day (past 3pm). I appreciate cleaners will make noise during cleaning times but to spend all morning shouting to each other and slamming doors when signs on bedrooms clearly show ‘do not disturb’ staff were made aware of night works but that made no difference. Also the manager or owner screaming at staff during the day was completely unprofessional. dirt constantly falls out the bathroom vent that has never been cleaned. This is a budget hotel charging way over the odds, I spent over £1000 staying and should have slept in my van I’d have got better sleep! It’s bad that you can’t get refunds on terrible hotels Hotels.com need to check places listed

Tiny rooms and AC was barely functioning. The noise level from other guests kept us awake all night.
