The room has ants, the shower is very slow and water runs outside the tub or the sink so the bath mat is always soaked. There’s ants everywhere . Breakfast is freshly cooked air conditioner leaked water in the room

Wonderful stay and very close to main areas. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Having a mini fridge in the room would be recommended.

Positives: Breakfast was good, room was clean and new, the distance from the city center was only a 10 minute walk, hotel was a great value.
Negatives: Rooms were tiny, no fridge in the room which is unusual for the Philippines, rooms were poorly insulated for noise. I heard street noise at night despite being 4th floor away from the street, and we were woken up by neighboring guests before 6am talking and geting coffee,

It was great for the price. Good walkability, clean, basic and choices for breakfast. Staff were always available.
Only instant coffee, but was 24/7 and free.

Also loud construction banging early in the morning.

Incredibly Well thought out hotel with conveniences of a hostel. Additional Shower room available to guests after check out. Free water bottles and communal shared fridge use. Breakfast was basic and made to order but considering price of the room... Is incredible value. Front desks Books good tours... Even late into the evening... Making things really easy. Love love love the outdoor breakfast dining space right outside every room. Ever run also has outdoor space to hand wet clothes and dry shoes. Good got water. One problem: El Nido is incredibly noisy... Roosters and traffic at 2 am. Even with ear plugs and head phones... Sleep was awful... Room has no sound proofing... You'll hear everything.
