Location wise the hotel was great - walkable to everything. Breakfast was ok, once it got low they didn’t refill much of the foods so go early. The room is simple, but works. The AC works decent not on full blast but that with the fan we were ok.

Very poor in general. Most things in the room broken. Had to request multiple times to fill toiletries as all empty.
Poor checking process and don’t for get the 4 flights of stairs to climb. Would have moved hotels but nothing else available in town.

The room was basic but we had what we needed. The downside was there was a gap in the door to the patio. There were tons of ants in our room despite not having and food or drink. Our bags were covered in them. We ended up hanging our bags off the rack in the shower and that helped but still lots on the floor. Talking with other guests they had the same problem.

Room was large as a deluxe twin bed. Friendly staff members. Great location! And a nice little balcony overlooking the streets of tourist walking activities.

Υπέροχα Ipil suites is located near the tour pick up stations which made it easy to find and downtown. The hotel is clean and staff were very friendly and helpful
