The reason for my low score was due to having an issue with staff members and it made me checkout early as I felt really unwelcome after the incident. The room was good apart from the hairs I kept finding, Majority of the staff was good but as said before I had an issue but I was later told at a new hotel that nothing will happen either with punishment or as they put it… in Japan it is hard to fire staff so they will just apologise and carry on as usual. Room was small but I did not need much room, Tv like all other places isn’t the best along with the remote control not working correctly. Aircon was good and the hotel was somewhat noisy in terms of guests and outside noise, such as sirens and modified cars. After what happened I will have to find a new hotel in the area as I will be returning for a month long tattoo session next year but not here.

Everything was great, clean, cool, comfortable bed, staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that I could refill my water bottles! Breakfast was delicious as well.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout, the location was convenient. The hotel room is a little snug but offered good value for the price. The only downside was breakfast-when arrived at 9:05 AM, nearly an hour before it ended, many items had already run out and were not restocked, leaving a very limited selection.

Great hotel ,the room was a great size double superior room for a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 8. Breakfast buffet was a good section, and worth the 1500 yen per adult . The only issue we had at this hotel was their was a glitch with the age of the children. The age of the children didn't come up on their system , as any children over the age of 6 was classified as an adult so an extra fee was charged per night of 1500 yen per child, other then that hotel was very good .

The breakfast was not suitable for us. We use to eat American breakfast. There was nothing to eat. Even the fruit was not much. The kitchen was dirty and ugly. The restaurant experience was bad .
