Reception staff absolutely excellent, friendly and extremely helpful (I arrived late and distressed thanks to an incompetent Uber driver who dropped me off in the wrong place and NO internet). Thanks Shayla for being super sweet and helpful on my eventual arrival.
My room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Bathroom very nice, very clean, lovely shower.
Only negatives I found was the pillows were very soft (personal choice) I'm sure if I had gone to reception and ask them to change them they would have but it was late and I could live it for 1 night. Also I had to put the kettle on the floor as I couldn't find the socket.
PS. The complimentary Martha's wine was absolutely beautiful touch ❤️
I would highly recommend this place for a short stay.

Hostel was clean - but not clearly labeled as a hostel (shared bathrooms). Also - one time housekeeping did not lock the door after cleaning.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location - perfect for anyone looking to stay cheaply near good nightlife - would recommend IF looking for a hostel (not an inn)

Room was a good size and clean. There was no AC so the room heated up a lot during the day while we were out, and the fan was very noisy. Walls were thin so some noise from the communal seating area outside our room late on one night was quite disturbing. Otherwise would recommend for the great location, friendly staff and size of the room!

Awesome location and beautiful room! No air conditioning but we found we didn't need it even thu it was 30+. We purchased the breakfast which was basic but a delicious European spread. Highly recommend!!

The Inn is in a great part of Lisbon - which is outstanding. The staff was lovely. No AC on hot days is a challenge but they do provide a fan. The room was quite spacious, also nice, and convenient to a local 'main street' and also a grocery store if you desire to save some money.
Simply be SURE to pay attention to whether or not you're booking a room WITH a private bathroom or not. They have both and it can be a bit of a shock to realize that you 'share a bathroom and shower'. Although, lucky for me, I didn't encounter a fellow traveler even once...and yet the property was fully booked. Cool little place!
